It is possible to get bruising or redness after a CoolSculpting procedure, but I find that most people do not get these side effects. The amount of bruising can vary as can the length of time it takes to go away. I would say for most people it would just be a few days, but it could be a week or so in someone with more bruising than normal.
Thank you for your question. Bruising after coolsculpting does vary based on the individual. It can last anywhere from a couple of days to a week or two. Please follow up with your provider if you have any concerns. Regards,
Thank you for your question. It is common to have some swelling, numbness, and bruising after Coolsculpting treatment which varies from patient to patient and typically resolves in a few weeks. Please remember it can take up to 3 months to see final results. However, many patients have started to see some results at the 2-week mark. I recommend addressing any concerns you may have with your treating physician. Best of Luck!
While it may be a frustrating eye-sore, bruising, redness, and irritated skin is one of the few side effects of the coolsculpting process and could last anywhere from a few days, a few weeks to about a month or so. It is all part of the process and I wouldn't worry. If the bruises are causing any pain, consult your doctor.
Hello, and thank you for your question. Bruising is a potential side effect after a Coolsculpting treatment. Everyone will have a different reaction and not all patients bruise after treatment. If you do have bruising this can last anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks. If you have any questions or concerns I would consult your Coolsculpting provider. Best of luck to you.
Bruises heal in various stages and it depends on how you heal personally. I inform my patients that although not every patient has bruising those that experience it will see they heal like any other bruise that patient has had previously. If you see that it takes longer or does not move through the typical bruise stages to contact your health care provider.
Hello! This is a great question. Because each person is so unique and have different metabolisms and healing aspects, everyone bruises differently. I have seen patients bruise on their flanks and not on their abdomen, I have seen patients bruise for 7-10 days and I have seen patients who never bruise at all. It really depends on your body's healing process.
Bruising after CoolSculpting can last days up to weeks. If it lasts longer than one month or if it begins to worsen after two weeks, contact your provider. The likelihood and severity of bruising can increase if you were taking blood thinning products prior to the procedure such as aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, Fish oil, etc. You can try Traumeel or Arnica cream on the bruised area to help it go away quicker.
Coolsculpting does not bruise. The area might be slightly red and sensitive, but there will not be a visible "bruise".
You should see a physician who is certified for Coolsculpting and not a technician . And do not do more Coolsculpting !! It does appear that you have a very likely case of pah. The area is firm and well demarcated . The only treatment is liposuction. Coolsculpting has a compensation program...
CoolSculpting is approved for treatment under the jaw, but the area above the jawline where jowls are located is not approved. I’d recommend getting a professional consultation to discuss other treatment options for that area, such as Kybella! Thanks for the question and good luck with your journey!
Great question! CoolScultping is non-invasive and safe to use during your period. It can cause some discomfort to the applied area, but it is up to you whether or not you get it done during your period or reschedule until after!
