I’m a 27 year old woman who weighs 129 l pounds. I have no ongoing health concerns, nor do I take medications. I feel like I am ready to take the plunge and get larger boobs with implants, but I have been worried about loss of sensitivity in my nipples. Is one type of surgery or implant better than the others to try to avoid this concern? Thank you!

Answer: Breast implants Thanks for your question! Interestingly enough, it looks like you already have implants! You have a pretty breast, and I would be careful not to go too much larger. Something moderate and subtle will add volume in a really nice way. Good luck!

Answer: Candidate for Breast Implants Hello, With no ongoing health concerns or medications being taken those are a good examples of being a good candidate for breast implant surgery. You have great anatomy for them. While desensitization is a very low risk, you may opt for the axillary incision. All the best, Dr. Joe

Answer: BA candidate Dear Fearless621110, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
