I don't understand how other people who are a lot bigger and wider than me get a tight flat sculptured stomach and I can't. What do I need to do to have a stomach like that? I am a mom of three daughters. I had a tummy tuck in 2019 and after it you can see I have a hump that sticks out on my stomach and I don't understand why it won't go away. In November I had a bbl with liposuction everywhere and ab itching it doesn't even look like I had that done. How can I get my fat and hump gone ?
Answer: Abdomen I would suggest doing a mini tuck to remove the excess tissue from the lower abdomen and retighten your muscle.

Answer: Necessary Analysis and Recommendations Hello; your ribs are probably high and protruding outwards. For having a Tummy Tuck; I think, enough skin has been removed and the abdominal muscles have been repaired. However, while looking for the photos; you also gain for belly fat. You also seem to have loose skin. In this case, initially, you need to check the condition of your abdominal muscles. If there is too much looseness in the muscles; it is essential to do "muscle pligation". If there is excess fat; it is needful for doing vaserlipo. For loose skin; I recommend for Renuvion J Plasma technique.

Answer: Recommendation for Achieving a Flat, Sculpted Stomach: Tummy Tuck with Muscle Plication Thank you for your question regarding how to achieve a flat, tight, sculpted stomach, especially considering your previous surgeries and the persistence of a hump on your abdomen. Given your history of having a tummy tuck in 2019, followed by a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) with liposuction and abdominal etching, and still experiencing dissatisfaction with the abdominal contour, it sounds like a more focused approach may be necessary. Since you mention a "hump" that persists, this could be due to several factors, such as residual fat, uneven liposuction, or underlying muscle weakness or separation that wasn't adequately addressed in your previous procedures. A revised tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, with muscle plication (tightening of the abdominal muscles) would be an appropriate choice to consider. Muscle plication is specifically aimed at tightening and reinforcing the abdominal wall, which can significantly enhance the contour of your waist and create a flatter, more sculpted stomach. This procedure can also help get rid of any excess skin that might be contributing to a less-than-ideal contour and address any irregularities from previous surgeries. It's crucial to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in revisional body contouring surgery. They can assess the structure of your abdominal muscles, the distribution of remaining fat, and the quality of your skin to determine the precise interventions needed to achieve the best possible results. During your consultation, be sure to discuss your previous surgeries in detail, including any issues you've experienced since those procedures. This information will help your surgeon tailor the approach to specifically target the areas that need correction, ensuring you achieve a flat and sculpted appearance that meets your expectations. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Tummy tuck with mesh If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Sculpted abs From the photos it appears you still have some skin laxity that can be addressed with a revision to your tummy tuck. An in person evaluation is best to discuss your goals and learn more about what you can expect in terms of results.
