Hello; your ribs are probably high and protruding outwards. For having a Tummy Tuck; I think, enough skin has been removed and the abdominal muscles have been repaired. However, while looking for the photos; you also gain for belly fat. You also seem to have loose skin. In this case, initially, you need to check the condition of your abdominal muscles. If there is too much looseness in the muscles; it is essential to do "muscle pligation". If there is excess fat; it is needful for doing vaserlipo. For loose skin; I recommend for Renuvion J Plasma technique.

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

A simple fix is a revision of the lower abdomen with advancement of the extra skin downward. This will likely accomplish all the issues you're having AND lower that scar too.

I would suggest doing a mini tuck to remove the excess tissue from the lower abdomen and retighten your muscle.

From the photos it appears you still have some skin laxity that can be addressed with a revision to your tummy tuck. An in person evaluation is best to discuss your goals and learn more about what you can expect in terms of results.

To be able to give a good opinion one would need a good set of pre and postop pictures. The pinch test shows that you do not have a lot of fat in the lower abdomen and you do have some laxity of the skin here. Wonder also if there is still some diastasis.
