Bumps around my groin 8 months after lipo. What is this? (Photo)

I notice bumps around groin area thinking it was razor bumps a month ago now these bumps look like this. They are raised & slightly hard. Went to a dermatologist who said they are blood blisters but it's concerning that they are getting bigger in a months span & dermatologist said just to monitor it. I have an apt w/ a different dermatologist for a second opinion. Im prone to keloids & got lipo done 8 months ago and targeted the "fupa". Could this be a delayed reaction to lipo? Any suggestions?

You may be developing hidradenitis which is not related to surgery and can be quite common in that area. Antibiotics will be helpful.

I think getting a second opinion dermatology consultation is appropriate.
It looks like you have folliculitis or infections of your hair follicles.
This may also be associated with ingrown hairs.
I think you’ll be much better served by an in person consultation.
Perhaps the course of oral antibiotics might be helpful.
Are you still shaving the area? If not then is the hair not growing? If you’re shaving the area, then I suggest you stop doing that.
