I had a breast augmentation back in December of 2018 & I gained weight. I lost most of it but my stomach is being stubborn! I work out 5 days a week, weight training and cardio, and I eat a calorie deficit. I even hired a nutritionist but my waist is being stubborn. I want it to be smaller! It's currently about 30 ish inches but pre breast augmentation is was 23! Would lipo be helpful in making my waist smaller? I'm currently about 140 ish. Not prego either.
