Hi(: I'm 110 pounds and I'm skinny I just carry excessive fat in my arms that's extremely stubborn and I can't get rid of It. I carry a lot of fat in my arms and in my breasts, I've done cool sculpting on my love handles and arms and it reduced my love handles but did nothing to my arms.. I just want to have skinny arms what treatment is the best option for me? I don't want to do surgery. I've had weight fluctuations but not major ones maybe 10-20 pounds at most.

arms are best sculpted using liposuction with internal heating like renuvion or bodytite.  noninvasive options do very little.  post liposuction emsculpt can be used to ton the arms.  hormonal therapy is very effective in tightening the skinmore (see link).

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

EmaI appreciate your concerns and frustration, however traditional liposuction, still the gold standard, is your best option. Your arms can be expertly contoured using small cannulas to allow maximal fat removal while avoiding contour irregularities. Upper arm liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia, if you so desire. The only realistic treatment option is Liposuction. This can be done as an office-based procedure using local anesthesia while you’re awake. The whole thing takes less than an hour and you’ll be back to doing normal things in a couple of days.
It does take about six weeks to get results but arms deliver absolutely stellar Liposuction results in young women with good skin.
Granted, it must be done by a provider who is talented and has experience with arm Liposuction.
This is one of my favorite anatomic areas for Liposuction.

It’s not completely non-invasive but I would say it’s probably no worse than going to the dentist.

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry and pictures, this is a very common area for women to harbour stubborn fat. Both surgical and non surgical options (such as cool sculpting) are available for you to get results. However, for your best aesthetic results a surgical option (liposuction) is my recommendation.  Based on your photo alone, it seems that you would be a candidate for liposuction. 
Your skin integrity would have to assessed in person to determine the elasticity and better determine if you would get retraction of your skin after the procedure, or if your concerns would be better addressed with a brachioplasty.
