I want lipo 360 and don't want a tummy tuck. Am I being realistic?

You are a great candidate for HD liposuction, which will remove the unwanted fat and improve contour and definition. This can be done in a 360 degree manner to treat the entire torso. Based on your photos, I believe that your skin should contract without leaving much residual laxity.

you will need internal heating with j plasma/renuvion to get a. more tight result, if you bend forward and there Is a lot of sagging a tuck will be needed. but if there is just some fat and the skin Is tight lipo 360 + renuvion will do great (see link).
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

abdomen, back, and flanks can accentuate your shape while looking
natural. I recommend consulting with plastic surgeons in person or
virtually who specialize in body contouring so they may better address
your concerns and go over possible procedures to help you achieve the

Looking at your photos... I would agree that you would do well with liposuction and don't really need a tummy tuck.  Hopefully your PS will have some type of skin tightening laser in conjunction with liposuction.  Hope this helps and good luck!

Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist. You are also a great candidate for a breast augmentation which can safely be performed at the same time.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

You may be a candidate for liposuction alone but an exam is necessary to evaluate the skin tone.   Skin cannot be toned. If it is loose and not in an absolutely minimal way, surgery would be required to excise it using your existing scar.
