Its been a year since my Neck and lower face lift and i have lost a bit more weight since 1st Op..only about 7lbs..however noticed a lot of volume loss on upper cheek area and i felt lower eye area. Contacted same surgeon for advice , initially he thought a lower eyelift and fat transfer would be best option. When i arrived in Turkey and had face to face visit. He thought upper eyelift and fat transfer would be the best, as he said I did not need surgery on lower eye. I trusted his judgement and im only 3 days post op..and had stitches removed this morning. Still swollen and slight brusining however happy with inital results Updated on 27 Jan 2024: Bruising coning out due to fat transfer. Eyelids most swollen when i wake. Hardest thing to trying to sleep on back with head raised.. eyesight does become blurry during day or just woke...i add my drops then to ensure eye is not dry Updated on 16 Feb 2024: Today marks Week 4 since op. I was a bit concerned about healing last week as eyes were red and bumpy..i could see the odd stitch. However did show photos to surgeon and he had no concerns. Started scar cream treatment 2-4 times a day and have seen slight improvement in past week. I feel one eye is healing better than other. However I will trust process Updated on 12 Apr 2024: 3 month Review today. Its been 12 weeks since eyelid surgery and yes I do think they look a lot better than before. I still have a few lumps on eyes which Im massaging twice a day with scar cream and hope they will glatten out and colour fade

I had lost weight and noticed I was getting a slight turkey neck even though the rest of my face looked ok.I knew it would just get worse so I thought a neck lift now would be enough to fight of any further gravity.I had been to turkey before for breast uplift with a differeny company however researched this surgeon for the neck. I did fire off a lot of questions prior to op...and he did respond. After sending my videos and photos and past history. He advised along with neck lift ..a lower face lift would support and improve look. Day of surgery I met Dr Hakan Gundogan and he was lovely. English was excellent. He explained his process and my case and expected results. Op went fine and was in no pain. I did not wear face support as he felt i didnt needed it. I had 1 slight bruise under eye..which was from swelling as my eyes were not touched. Its day 6 now and im still in turkey. Still no pain. I still have swelling but expecting that. Happy so far with results. I have had check up with Dr..and he has removed drains himself, checked for nerve damage and answered all my questions. He has offered another check up prior to my flight home if needed. Walked through scar process and healing..and what i should do. He has asked I keep in contact with any further questions and photo updates. Honestly he was great. My neck feels tight and im stiff turning head which is normal and should relax a bit in around 3 weeks Updated on 27 Mar 2023: Its been 4 weeks since my Op..and so far everything has been going ok. I started Scar treatment at week 3 with silcone cream..twice a day..that has helped to get rid of the odd stitch left. I still have a slight bruise under eye.. My smile is slightly wonky when i open my mouth but have been told it can take a while to go back to normal. I do feel tighter on one side..but that could be the nerves healing at different rates. My scars look ok..healed well but red..aware it will take time to fade. I Wear my hair down when out so no issues Updated on 22 Apr 2023: Everything seems to be settling down now...my neck does get pockets of swelling 1st thing, however its mostly gone during day. My focus has been on the scar treatment. Twice a day rubbing the silicone cream into scars. I sometimes think I still have a little pouch under chin, which I will keep an eye on. So far happy with results. I am back to Gym fully now, however still not lifting as heavy as I was just yet,as i can feel my face swell if I have done a heavy session. I have had my hair cut and coloured and haf no issues with scars..it was 8 weeks after op. Updated on 27 May 2023: Today is 3 months since op..everything healing in relation to scars..still doing scar treatment twice a day. I feel i still have a looseness under chin...my pouch ..when i asked surgeon he did explain it only provides some tension in jowl area and skin is still contracting..so give more time. Overall still happy with results Updated on 29 Jul 2023: Just thought I would share a compare photo 5 months on from side view. Will do all photos again at 6 month. Still doing scar treatment daily. I have had botox around eyes,forehead this month. Im still happy I did this Updated on 27 Aug 2023: Everything is healing well. Still using scar treatment...some scar in hairline behind ears are a bit thicker and can be tight..so cream helps. Pleased i dont have short hair. I still think i have slight turkey neck..however i didnt have the incison under chin..which personally I think I should have

I had a breast lift with 400 CC implants by by Dr Hakan Gündogan and I couldn’t be happier. Very tentative and my queries always answered. He already had an idea of what was required for the best results possible and also still listened to my wants and incorporated this. I am currently 16 days post op, all is healing well and very neat. Updated on 9 Feb 2022: I would love to have done frequent weekly updates but after taking my tapes off I was a little disheartened as I had a few open wounds. I was not happy enough to share my journey as I was so worried something was wrong. I am sharing this as not everyone is going to have the ideal healing process, it was not something that I prepared myself for. I couldn’t look at myself and I was embarrassed to show others but it was all a part of my healing process. Now the open wounds have healed up I couldn’t be happier the scars are minimal hopefully they will completely fade with time. My boobs also look very natural, people are surprised when I say I have implants. I have just returned from Istanbul after having breast augmentation preformed by Dr Hakan Gündogan. The doctor was amazing and already had a plan in mind from my before photos. Surgery went very smooth and recovery going smoother still. I trusted his judgement 110% and I now have the most beautiful boobs. Thank you so much Updated on 24 Feb 2022: I am now 14 weeks post op and as you can see from the photos my scars are just about non existent. Figured out how to add before pic. Went for a bra fitting the other day and was so exited as I now know my size. Was 34B now 34E. So happy. Can't wait for summer now.

Got implants with clinic Center ... 5 months post opp and not happy at all! Will require a revision. After care is NOT helpful !! They just tell me to wait and see how it looks at 1 year post opp.... they are tottally asymmetrical... I believe one has bottomed out .. the other does not look like the pocket dissected was made large enough ... would not recommend!! Super disappointed Updated on 4 Apr 2022: About 1.5 years since my surgery. They aren’t perfect but I am still happy enough. Realized you have to be patient with these things I suppose. I would recommend clinic centre Updated on 23 Jul 2024: So it’s been years since my surgery … and having discussed my boob job with all of my friends over the years…. And hearing other peoples experiences, etc… firstly , I love my boobs. Eventually, I realized the asymmetry I was noticing already existed before my boob job. However, I guess the surgery accentuated it in my eyes. But all in all my boob job was actually amazing. I would recommend clinic centre and I would recommend the doctor. The first year or so while the boobs were settling in, I thought they might have been botched…. But I’ve since realized ultimately they were great. Updated on 24 Jul 2024: I had an amazing experience. The hotel could've been a bit nicer, but they probably have switched hotels by now. Hotel was great. The doctor was great. Everything went smooth and I would highly recommend.
