I asked a question here 4 weeks ago but did not put picture so nobody could give me answers so i post again with picture. Now its 10 weeks since i got buttimplants (300cc) and i really hate the lower part of my butt it looks so sagging and wierd. So is it possible to lipo the area i circled in picture 2? Or will this affect the implants?
Answer: Liposuction No, never have liposuction done in that area or you will have even more sagging. The implants should pick up the residual skin and it will look much better. Plus, you need fat for cushion in that area when sitting.

Answer: Is it possible to do Liposuction on the lower part of the butt when i have implants? Interesting question. Implants are placed inside the muscles so there really isn’t any issue as far as liposuction affecting the implants. The real question is if liposuction is worth doing on the butt. Liposuction can result in excess skin or loose saggy skin. This can make your butt sag even more. Energy assisted liposuction like vaser or even j-plasma will help avoid loose skin after lipo. This along with not over doing the liposuction might be an option. Another option, and probably better option because it is less risky, is Sculptra injections! Sculptra works to improve the collagen production in your skin. This makes for tighter skin and helps produce lift. Most importantly, there is zero risks of more saggyness. Hope this helps! Answer: Liposuction candidate Dear Eva14, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Revision surgery after implants I can see the area of concern from your photos. Based on what I see there are a few options to correct that area but I honestly think it is too soon to be discussing or looking into revisions. You are only 2.5 months post-op from your initial surgery and need to give your body time to adjust and heal from the surgery. That being said I believe in the future some gentle liposuction may help or you may also want to look into a small fat transfer to help with the contour issues.

Answer: Buttocks There are two things that I see from your pictures. The buttocks has a very nice shape with the implants, but there is a flat area just below the implant and just above the lower buttocks fullness. Options are to fill the flat area (BBL) or to attempt liposuction of the lower out pouch. Liposuction of the lower buttock fullness may cause deflation of the fullness but also excess skin issues. No one can tell how the lower buttock skin will react to the liposuction. Removal of skin leaves scars which may be unsightly Best wishes Dr. Taranow
