Should I be concerned about bump at incision site from lipo 20 years ago? (Photos)

I had liposuction on my hips and buttocks about 20 years ago. A couple of years ago I noticed a bump under the skin at one of the incision sites. It’s not painful. Like a little ball under the skin. Should I be concerned?"
