I had liposuction on my hips and buttocks about 20 years ago. A couple of years ago I noticed a bump under the skin at one of the incision sites. It’s not painful. Like a little ball under the skin. Should I be concerned?"
Answer: Bump I would let your medical doctor examine this. This is not from liposuction 20 years ago, but could be a small cyst or even a fatty tumor.

Answer: No treatment if it does not bother you. Thank you, BSpirit for your question and photographs. Photographic evaluation is incomplete without personal examination to give a most appropriate answer However from the photographs, it seems that, It may be some hypertropic scar and is harmless. If you don't have any cosmetic concern then you don't need any treatment. However please consult a board-certified plastic surgeon near you and discuss this in detail. Wish you an alluring look. Dr Milan Doshi,Mumbai,India
