I had lipo down when I had a bbl my stomach has nodes (fat pockets) uneven areas I would like to kno if getting tummy tuck or Liposuction w j plasma would help w smoothing out my adominal area.

It is a good idea to have a skin check once per year by a specialist, especially if you are noticing any changes or new growths. The nodule can removed any time you wish. There will be a small scar involved with the removal.
The liposuction of the lower waist will make the butt appear bigger, but the other half of the job is from fat transfer. you have about 2 liters of fat, which is enough, 1000cc on each side. If you do want a full BBL, and to see a good difference, in your case I would do the transfer too. ...
