I had lipo down when I had a bbl my stomach has nodes (fat pockets) uneven areas I would like to kno if getting tummy tuck or Liposuction w j plasma would help w smoothing out my adominal area.

The most reliable procedure to smooth out this area would be a tummy tuck.  A tummy tuck excises out excess skin and puts tension on the closure to smooth out the wrinkles.

Lumps after liposuction are common.  They often times resolve in their own over the first several months but if they persist it could be from skin laxity that has been revealed after deflating the tissue.  Skin laxity would be solved by tightening the skin. This single picture is not good enough to give any advice so I recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Revision liposuction and adding some fat along with redistributing the fat will help get you a smooth contour.

An examination is needed to see if you have fatty pockets or excess skin.  If you have excess skin then a tummy tuck will give you better results.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation.

I’m not sure who did your procedure but it doesn’t look like they had sufficient skill or experience doing liposuction.
Was this done by a board-certified plastic surgeon?
Typically the upper and lower abdomen should have the same fat thickness.If you have skin laxity then converting this to a tummy tuck may be a better option.
There are a lot of things to consider before having a large permanent irreversible operation like a tummy tuck.
Consider having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.
During in person consultations that each plastic surgeon thoroughly by asking them to open their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures for any procedure you’re interested in.
For reference an experienced provider should have no difficulty showing you at least 50 sets of before and after pictures of commonly performed procedures.
Being shown a handful of preselected pictures which most likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like or how many of these procedures each provider has actually performed.
Ask providers to show you examples of other patients with similar body characteristics to your own.
That is the best way to get a good understanding of what you can expect from the outcome of a procedure.
J plasma is not going to make your outcome better.
Treating the rest of your torso so that your fat distribution is consistent with your lower abdomen is one option. A full tummy tuck is another way.
Any individual who is considering having children in the future should not consider having a tummy tuck until they’re fairly certain they’re not going to have more pregnancies.
