My arm lipo didnt go well even tho i done revision, there is dents and lumpy, is it possible to gain weight with the time on my arms and fell the dents ? Dose the work out will help ? Im afraid to do liposuction again and rune my arms more , any suggestions? These photos some with light so it can show all defects, some without light , some flexing . If you the doctor who can fix my arms leave me the comment below im from new york i can travel . Thanks

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you might benefit from revision liposuction. Your arms are not terrible.  There are some areas of excess fat especially proximal nearer your armpit and also around the elbow.  These areas should be suctioned while any bumpiness may be feathered (cannula passed through the areas with the suction off to break up lumpy fat and smooth out the skin).
An in person consultation may reveal more issues unseen in your photos.

Delivering consistent high-quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe it. I continue to tell patients the importance of properly vetting plastic surgeons before committing to this procedure by comparing results among different providers.

Liposuction is more or less permanent and irreversible. When things are not done well it is typically because of over treatment and or uneven fat removal.

If the treatment was fairly conservative then revision surgery can often make things better. Other options that may be considered are fat transfer or converting the procedure to a skin tightening procedure and simply cutting out the disfigured area. Revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction so it should for sure be done by somebody who has substantial experience and skill with both Liposuction and revision Liposuction.

Gaining weight will not change your fat distribution it will only make you gain weight. Exercise is good for you but it will not change your Liposuction results.

Your fat distribution which was changed surgeryly can only be corrected with surgical intervention and this is a very difficult procedure.

Fat transfer often requires multiple sessions and needs to be done by someone with skill and experience.

If you want to pursue more surgery then you need to find the most experienced and talented provider for Liposuction Work in your community. The only real way to do this is to have multiple in person consultations at which time you need to ask each provider to show their entire collection of before and after pictures, get a sense of how talented the provider is and how much experience they have. You should also read all the reviews and various physician review websites and avoid providers with any significant number of negative justified reviews.
