Will liposuction make my butt appear bigger? (Photo)

Hi, I am 5’7 and 194 lbs. my but has a little shape on the bottom but is pretty flat up top. If I get lipo (abdomen, back, and flanks). Will it give me the appearance of a fuller or bigger butt?

Liposuction along the lower back, waist and abdomen will decrease those areas. This also has a tendency to make your buttock look bigger because proportionally everything else has decreased in size. You will see a nice improvement in your contour as well.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. First off from your photo, you already have an attractive and nicely sized butt. However liposuction contouring of your lower back, posterior flanks and abdomen will make your butt appear somewhat larger and the overall shape and contour of your body nicely improved. Right now my high school math teachers are probably shaking their heads.....When we perform liposuction contouring of the midsection including abdomen, flanks, and back, we create proportion changes so the lower body, especially the buttocks, appear larger, even if we don't do anything to actually add volume!
