I saw Dr. Francis about a month ago for submental liposuction + chin filler and my experience was fantastic. From my consultation to surgery day, Dr. Francis made me feel incredibly at ease—he was super attentive, transparent, and I could feel that he genuinely cared about making sure I wound up happy with my outcome. He took the time to explain everything in detail and ensured I felt confident in my decision. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was in safe hands, and I am so happy with the result!

Dr. Francis’s staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was so welcoming, and they made every step of the journey smooth and stress-free. Especially Lauren, the patient care coordinator, who went above and beyond to accommodate a very difficult timeline I was navigating at the time. If you’re considering a procedure with Dr. Francis, I highly recommend him!

I can't thank Dr. Francis enough! I've always been so subconscious about my ears. I finally decided to look into Otoplasty and found Ranch & Coast Plastic Surgery, alongside a few other spots in San Diego. After meeting with Ranch & Coast, they were a standout among the rest. Dr. Francis and Lauren were very informative and calmed any nerves prior to the surgery. I was so pleased with my results, and they insisted on multiple follow-ups post-surgery to make sure my ears were perfect. After a few months, we decided to make a little tweak to my left ear to make them more symmetrical. My ears are absolutely PERFECT now and I feel so confident wearing my hair up. I couldn't recommend Dr. Francis and his team more!

Choosing Ranch&Coast Plastic Surgery and Dr. Cameron Francis as my breast augmentation provider was one of my best decisions lately. From the very first consultation with Dr. Cameron it became clear to me he was a very knowledgable and experienced surgeon passionate about his field of endevour. After our conversation I had no doubts about getting a breast augmentation with him. Even though I was still not so sure about the size of implants I would have liked to get, my intuition told me to trust Dr. Francis and his experience.
The surgery itself has gone really well. The method of periareola incisions made my recovery fast and easy.I was surrounded by friendly staff who made that a little bit frightening experience very pleasant and calming.
However, when I looked at my breast the next day after the surgery I did not see what I wanted and/or expected, so I became pretty regretting about what I did. My breast was so flat and strange-looking that I wanted to come back to the past and tell the doctor to do a bigger size.
Only 6 days after I couldn’t stop looking at my breast and admiring the result so much! Severe swelling was gone, implants started to settle in my chest,so I saw their actual shape and size. They were simply perfect. I realised that Dr. Cameron did my breast exactly as I wanted, neither too big nor too small. All of my anxiety was gone.
Almost 3 weeks in, I am very happy with my new breast and I know that through the time it is going to look only better and better. I am sure that anyone who decides to work with Dr. Cameron Francis will experience the same satisfaction with their result and overall breast augmentation experience.

I saw Dr. Francis last year for liposuction on my arms with fat transfer to the breasts. I had previously gone to another PS for liposuction to the abdomen & flanks with fat transfer to the breasts and was happy with those results, but he had since moved out of state. He highly recommended Dr. Francis to me for any future procedures, and I’m so glad he did!

I was a tad worried since I couldn’t find many examples of these procedures on women of my build (5’4” 115) before going in. Dr. Francis was so nice and approachable, listened to all my concerns, and was super honest about how the breast fat transfer would have modest results. I had pretty low expectations for the fat transfer, so I was totally okay with that assessment. I was primarily going in to achieve smaller arms and get rid of armpit fat. But the results exceeded my expectations in all aspects! I actually went up almost a full cup size and had to replace my bras, and recently a nurse commented on how tiny my arms were when I went to donate blood (which no one had ever said to me in my life!)

Overall I’m super thrilled with my results and would definitely recommend Dr. Francis to everyone!

I went to see Dr Francis at Ranch and Coast plastic surgery for a breast reduction. I was nervous about the procedure but knew it needed to be done for medical reasons. When I walked into the office, the staff and the nurses were so nice. I met Dr Francis and he was patient and kind and listened to me. He answered all of my questions and I knew I wanted him to do the surgery. Lauren made me feel so welcomed and insured me that I was in great hands. The nurses were professional and kind. Sasha, Wilma and all the nurses were very nice. The whole experience was positive, and I love the outcome of the breasts. I’m so excited to be able to run around with my kids and feel great. Dr Francis >> everyone. I cannot being to describe the quality of care, the thought, and the time he put into my surgery. Dr Francis exceeded every metric and standard I could have given him. He paid special attention to my concerns, my questions, and the individual results and expectations I had. My consultation was extremely thorough and personalized for my explant, lift and reduction, considering my previous surgeons work, my unique case and what my most important issues were. Although the journey and decision for surgery was emotional, after meeting Dr Francis I knew he would take extremely good care and he was considerate of my feelings and my comfort giving and explaining all options. Consultation, surgery, and after care were an absolute dream. If I could give 10 stars, I would. And I will surely recommend him to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

His office is also top tier. From the patient care coordinator, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, everyone was a dream. I felt so heard, and taken care of. The entire team is there to make sure you have a better than you imagined experience.

Dr. Francis is the perfect example of a surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients. My first consultation was with him and I went on to have two more to compare, but ultimately felt most comfortable with Dr. Francis at Ranch & Coast. He explained the process in detail, gave me dozens of photo options to consider, and he has an incredible support staff! He was available by text after my surgery and truly gave me peace of mind. I can’t thank Dr. Francis enough for my beautiful results!

I’d give him a 1,000 stars if I could - don’t waste your time going to multiple consultations w/ different doctors - go to him. You won’t be disappointed and you will always be well taken care of! He is: professional, courteous, an artist (in a plastic surgery kind of way), caring, reliable, respectful, intelligent - I mean the list just goes on. He is so good at what he does, and it is clear he loves his career and takes pride in his work. You will always be greeted with a smile and positive attitude! Above all else, in your most vulnerable state, you will feel safe under his, and his team’s care.

I recently had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Francis and am so happy I did! He showed great care and attention to what I wanted, from start to finish.

At my initial consultation, Dr. Francis was knowledgable and confident in performing the procedure. He was straightforward in what results and experience I could expect and made the entire process as comfortable and seamless as possible.

Dr. Francis showed significant attention to every detail, which is evident from my tummy tuck results--most notably, a perfect belly button (not the non-existent dot you usually see with tummy tucks, but a youthful-looking one with depth) and the incision scar is very small and thin.

Definitely recommend Dr. Francis!

I had several revisionary procedures done, and I could not be happier with the outcome! Dr. Francis has a realistic, honest, progressive and natural approach with incredible results. I truly trusted whatever he suggested would have the best outcome. Dr. Francis and his wonderful staff were always available for questions or concerns along the way, and the onsite surgical facility makes for a calming and pleasant experience, with wonderful surgical staff and post op care.
I cannot recommend Dr. Francis enough!
