What surgery is best to get rid of a FUPA? (Photos)

Question

I have a small FUPA and was wondering what the best surgery would be to get rid of it? A tummy tuck is out of the question for me because I plan on having children within the next two years. I have a very odd shape. I'm 5"1, 140 lbs all my weight tends to go to my stomach. My stomach overlaps my waistline (not much though) My biggest issue is I don't like how my vagina looks in pants/leggings. It looks very fat (wide) and my thigh crevice overlaps. That area is what I want to get rid of.

you CAN have a tumy tuck or pubic lift and still have kids later. you CAN do liposuction with Internal heating and get some Improvement but If you have hanging skin you will need it removed to see results that are substantial.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I appreciate your frustration and concern, however the area in question, the region above your vagina and below your abdomen is a common area of concern. Traditional liposuction, still the gold standard, is an excellent option to contour this area of well-defined fat.
