My stomach does hang in the front.. so I was wondering if I still could do lipo 360 with a BBL or does it have to be a full tummy tuck? If I get a tummy tuck now then I wouldn't be able to do a BBL in the future, right?

Answer: Abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement From your photograph, your abdomen protrudes anteriorly. Liposuction only removes fat and does not resect excess skin. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
