Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. I agree that a surgical revision is your best option once your incision has fully healed and mature. Be aware that this will make a longer scar but hopefully not as wide of one.  Hope this helps.

Dear Nazar,I think you should see a plastic surgeon for a scar excision with filler placement to separate the skin from the tissue under and keep the scar tissue away.   The filler will help the upper skin tissues stay elevated until it heals.  In addition, you may need to continue with Microneedling sessions to improve the skin complection. Your skin will experience redness from the treatment, which can last for up to a week. It is this inflammation that causes the Improvement in your skin as you to produce elevated levels collagee.  There are certain creams that your doctor can recommend for you to help healing like TNS  Recovery.
