Is there any way to reduce liver transplant scarring or remove it? (Photo)

I’m 19 years of age and have had 2 liver transplants due to biliary atresia. My first transplant was back in 98 and the second in 2012 my scars have made me really selfless conscious especially the long one by my rib cage is there anyway they can be less noticeable??
