How can I fix the dented scar on my nose? (Photos)

Question

I picked at a spot on the tip of my nose with a pair of tweezers. But now i am left with a dented scar and its really depressing me.Its completley ruined my self confidence and im not the same person i once was as im just constantly upset all the time over it.to the point where i dont go out anymore and barely even leave the house. Is there any possible way to get it fixed? Or am i going to be stuck with it forever now :( its really bringing me down. Even with makeup on it stands out.please help

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  You have two options at improvement - you could place a small amount of dermal filler underneath the sar to help contour the area with the surrounding nose or you could cut out the scar in favor of a vertical, linear one.  Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss. Hope this helps.
