Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  You have two options at improvement - you could place a small amount of dermal filler underneath the sar to help contour the area with the surrounding nose or you could cut out the scar in favor of a vertical, linear one.  Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss. Hope this helps.
