Hi, thank you for sharing your question. It is difficult to say based on these photos but you may be a good candidate for a breast augmentation and may also require a lift for improve shape and nipple position.
Thank you for your question. There is a little sagging of the chest and there seems to be a constriction. It can be fixed with implant surgery. It can be corrected more effectively if the implant and fat grafting are combined. Nipple size and height can also be corrected with nipple reduction surgery. To sum up: breast augmentation with implant + fat grafting and nipple reduction will bring you good result.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. For a rounder appearance of the breasts, you would need breast augmentation. The nipple can be reduced by removing a portion of the nipple at the same time as breast augmentation. You should consult a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in both procedures. At our surgical center, we have performed many of these types of procedures.
Thanks for your inquiry and pictures, I do not believe your breast are deformed and our a version of very commonly shaped breast. I suggest you have an in person consultation with a board certified surgeon to discuss more thoroughly your particular concerns with your breast in terms of shape, size, position, and even nipple height--all of which can be changed or influenced. Best of luck.
Dear Loving599093,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Your breasts are not deformed. Breasts come in all shapes and sizes! From the photos provided you appear to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. An in person exam is needed to know for sure, but you may benefit from a conservative lift. The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
You are not deformed, but you do have some sagging. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being measured and examined, and discussing your options of augmentation, with and without a lift, plus shortening your nipples.
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note prominent nipples. There appears to be asymmetry of the breasts in both size and shape. The distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples is increased. The nipples reside at different "altitudes" on the chest wall. The right breast demonstrates minimal sag and the nipple resides above the fold at the bottom of the breasts. The left breast demonstrates moderate sag and the nipple resides at the level of the fold beneath the breasts.Breasts are not "identical twins". They are more like "sisters" with variation in size and shape. This is not "abnormal".Improved symmetry and shape can be achieved with a breast augmentation and breast lift. This will fill out the breasts, eliminate the sag and improve symmetry. Nipple projection can be reduced concurrently. Prices vary widely across the country. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion. Best wishes...
Hello, You could definitely proceed with having an aug without a lift if you wanted. I think a better question would be what type of results are you hoping for? A lift may be necessary to achieve the look that you are seeking, but we can't tell without knowing. If you were a patient coming in...
Hi & thanks for the question. This is something you need to speak with your ENT and your plastic surgeon about. Both will want the results of the biopsy before a decision can be made. Best wishes!
Your breasts and breast skin will continue to change (and age) over time, even with implants, but by now the implants have settled into position. It is a little challenging to tell from the photos, but you did appear to have some asymmetry before surgery, and it looks like you have the same...
