you should be healthy prior to elective procedures. Every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Your health is the priority. Wait until you have the results of the biopsy before determining how/when to proceed with the breast augmentation. I encourage you to speak to your surgeon and ENT about your concerns.

No, wait on the results. If you have cancer, hopefully not, it needs to be treated and not delayed for elective breast surgery. Plus, you may need medical approval once treated before proceeding with your breast surgery.

I would suggest waiting for the biopsy results of your thyroid and discussing the plan for treatment before undergoing breast augmentation. At this point your thyroid should take precedence. Good luck!
