Is my left breast bottoming out? I had a revision surgery to go from 190cc to 350cc (Photo)

These photos are 2 months after the revision. I desired to go bigger, but also noticed my left breast had lost any upper pole fullness. Discovered the left pocket was originally over dissected to the point where the new 350 was placed without any new dissecting. I'm worried I have the same problem just a slightly larger implant.

Dear grg123,
bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.
Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies.
If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision.

One implant is sitting a little lower than the other implant. the lower may be bottoming out a little and this could be tightened. If you prefer the lower side, the other could be lowered.

As based on your nicely posted photos, you do pure to have volume a symmetry, question if ruptured implant on the left side since it looks smaller. Would recommend ultrasound of breast. And then a revision with sizing in the sitting position during surgery to retain full identification of correct sizes to be placed also possible lateral pocket capsule and using high profile implants. I might go to a 450 to 550 cc high profile implant. Best virtual consult with expect fees to range from $8000-$20,000.
