Your implants are too large for your frame and are giving the issues you now have. I would suggest correcting your pockets in the areas needed, both medially and laterally, and going smaller with something that will fit your frame. I doubt you would be happy with implants removed.

Your implants are at one level and the breast tissue is at another. You are also dealing with symmastia. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
