I had 450 silicone gummy high profile with lift done April 2018. I would like to go bigger and have a more rounded look. Do I need another lift? Okay to go bigger?

Thank you for your question.  A large portion my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery and I have been in practice almost 30 years.  You should be able to easily be able to have implant exchange to a larger ultra high-profile silicone implant as well as removal of the inferior pole redundant breast tissue. As a scene in your posted photos, I would recommend using a larger implant in the 600 to 700 cc range moderate profile plus style with revision of breast lift and combination of fat to make a more rounded breast fee $10,000-$20,000 best of virtual consult.
