Advice Needed on Revision Next Steps (Photo)

Hi i recently had my implants changed and am very upset with my results they are very far away from what i wanted and i feel the wrong shape. Do you think a straightforward implant exchange would help ? is there any other recommendations. they are Motiva Ergonomix 425 cc over the muscle thanks
