Advice Needed on Revision Next Steps (Photo)

Question

Hi i recently had my implants changed and am very upset with my results they are very far away from what i wanted and i feel the wrong shape. Do you think a straightforward implant exchange would help ? is there any other recommendations. they are Motiva Ergonomix 425 cc over the muscle thanks

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your photograph is inadequate.  It appears you have excess skin.  You may need a lift more than implants.  A front view & both side view photographs are needed to give you a more accurate answer.

You only posted one limited view of your breasts, but I suspect your implant is sitting a little high. The Textured implant tend to stay where they are placed and do not settle over time. I prefer the smooth implants.
