I've had breast implants for 20 years and they always felt very comfortable with no issues. After I had a baby, I had a breast implant exchange with a lift. Ever since then they don't feel comfortable and my left breast feels like it's being pushed down and the whole implant is exposed. They are under the muscle but it feels like there is no coverage of it especially in the upper pole. My cleavage looks uneven. Someone said my muscle is window shading like up towards my collar.
