Did this asymmetry existed before or is it caused by implants?

Hi doctors I have 450 cc under the muscle 3 years ago I was wondering if my asymmetry existed before my implants or my BA caused the doctors said I don’t have capsular contracture but the right side feels tight sometimes thank you
