Your lips appear very full.It may be that the filler was placed too superficially.Go see the practitioner again for reassurance or resolution.
It would be helpful to know how long ago you were injected and how much product was placed along with any other possible side effects you may be experiencing. You should be evaluated as your lips do look full/swollen and perhaps a steroid or other modalities may be indicated. This may be bruising but may also be what is known as the Tyndall effect.
Sometimes what can happen with filler is that if you have been receiving filler over a period of time, the filler will move more superficially to the top creating a "tindel" effect which causes a "bluish-gray" color. It's not harmful but is noticeable more to you than anyone else. This is more caused by hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane. It can be resolved with an enzyme that is injected called hyaluronidase that dissoles the filler. However, the best thing to do is to consult with your injector.
First, it is very difficult to tell exactly what is going even with the best of photos in ideal lighting. Most importantly, any filler issue should be taken seriously, and particularly pain or color changes. If ever there is a filler issue, you should be seen by the injector ASAP. Statistically it is more likely one of the first 2, but make sure to call your injector. Also, make sure that your injector has been trained to recognize filler complications and is prepared to take care of one if need be.
This does not look serious although you are quite full. I t looks as if 2 syringes may have been used but you don't mention that. the light blue could either be a slight bruise or a bluing effect you see if that area f the filler is placed very superficially. In either case they both will resolve in time.
Thank you for your question. From your photos, it looks like you have a nice result. However, additional filler may be needed to achieve your desired result. I recommend having a follow up with your injector to address your concerns. Best of Luck!
Thank you for your question. No, ultrasound treatment will not dissolve or have an effect on your treatment. However, it is always recommended to address your concerns with your injector. Best of Luck!
Great question. It's possible you may want to address the scar tissue before treating will filler. This would need to be decided upon by physical exam in a consultation. 5F-U and kenalog are two injections which may soften your scar non-surgically before filler injection. I definitely think you...
