I have these mounds of flesh surrounding my mouth which I find horrendous. I’m wondering how they can be removed or corrected to produce a smooth and supple lip area and possibly also refining the angle of my jaw/chin. I’m only 18 so surely it has to do with my face structure and not ageing. So what kind of procedures are available, and is my ideal mouth area realistic?
