When I smile, it doesn't look like smile at all. I was considering a plastic surgery to fix this problem, but I don't know what and how exactly it will help.

Answer: Filler You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. One syringe is typically $600.

Answer: Lip Augmentation Thank you for your question. From your photo, I believe you are a great candidate for lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane or Juvederm. Fillers are a great non-permanent way to help improve the volume and symmetry of the lips and typically results last 6-12 months. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
