I had a fractional laser tow weeks ago and i noticed that my face had lost it s volum that i hardly made by filler and lipo injections plz is this comon effect of fractional laser treatment

The laser shouldn't effect the fillers or your facial volume.  It only targets the skin and not any deeper structures.
