Dr Jacob is an excellent Surgeon who was able to clean up terrible scars left on me by another local Doctor. When trying to decide whether or not I wanted to have a rhinoplasty, I visited a handful of facial plastic surgeons in the New Orleans area. I was disappointed with all of my consultations until I met Dr. Jacob. Many of the other surgeons seemed to give each patient the same "cookie-cutter" nose. Dr. Jacob was the only surgeon who understood my desires for a natural, subtle rhinoplasty. I was very impressed with the before and after photos in his office because they show how each rhinoplasty is unique and subtle. He was able to fix the aspects of my nose that stood out (hump, droopiness, etc.) without changing the overall appearance of my face. My nose still looks like "me," and most friends and family did not even notice that I had work done. I am so happy that I trusted my face to Dr. Jacob! This was one of the best decisions I have ever made because it has given me a lifetime of confidence. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Jacob and his staff. The facility is so comfortable and the pre and post op staff are incredibly attentive, right down to offering a menu of items for a meal. Both pre op and post op instructions are extremely detail and helpful. Dr. Jacob has a very good reputation and is known for achieving a natural facial result and this was exactly what I was looking for. My friends say "you look wonderful, but I can't quite figure it out"!

I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Jacob to anyone who is seeking a positive facelift experience. In my first visit Dr. Jacob patiently listened to my concerns and then provided me with realistic expectations, demonstrating on my face, in a mirror, what my face would look like after the procedure. For a man, having a 'refreshed' but not pulled face was my goal. After my lift I look exactly like myself, only 10 years younger! My biggest concern, aside from not looking 'pulled', was the scars that would be left from the incisions. I've seen many facelift patients over the years and the incisions Dr. Jacob made are BY FAR the most precise and disappearing incisions I have ever seen. My motivation was my husband who was tired of seeing me pull my skin back and look at myself in the mirror. He was the one that made the appointment for me and he also came with me. As we pulled in the parking lot I was very impressed with the facilities and every staff member could not have been more friendly and making me feel a little more comfortable.
