Thanks for your question.  Everyone reacts differently to lasers, and you may need more than one type of laser to obtain the best results.  In many cases, being on a blood thinning agent will have no effect on the outcome, be it positive or negative.  This is true for many lasers, but not all lasers!  I recommend you set up a consult with a physician who is experienced in using lasers for the different issues you would like corrected. One of my favorite treatments for broken vessels on the face (rosacea patients or generalized photodamage) along with treating pigmented spots is a Max G IPL (Intense pulsed light).  It targets the hemoglobin (vessels) and melanin (pigment).  We have done this on multiple patients on ibuprofen/Plavix/Coumadin etc.  It does not "break" the skin, but instead is absorbed by the targets that we are aiming to treat.  In regards to your second question: homeopathic derivatives of Vitamin K topical would be Arnica Monana Gel.
