Post fractal, will these new broken blood vessels go away? 4 weeks post op. (photos)

Question

Had fractal done under eyes 4 weeks ago today. Post healing, I still have a lot of redness and what appears to be new, tiny broken blood vessels. A week ago my doctor put me on clobetasol propionate, a steroid cream, 2x day, but it hasn’t really helped. Any advice appreciated!
