I appreciate your concern, but I assure you that what you are experiencing is quite common after a fractional laser treatment. The small dots that look like coffee grounds rise to the surface of the skin and gradually flake away. Make sure you are following your post-treatment protocol to support your skin through the healing process and you should see some very positive results in the upcoming weeks ahead.
The side effects you are experiencing are not at all unusual after a fractional laser treatment. Those dots you are seeing are working their way to the skin's surface so they can flake off. However, you can schedule a follow-up with your doctor if you are still concerned, to ensure you are practicing the best after-care to produce an optimal outcome.
After a fractional laser, there are tiny coffee grinds that come to the surface. Keep your face moisturized and the dots will slowly flake off on its own. Please follow up with your laser provider if you have questions about post care with your treatment.
