You are a great candidate for a Genioplasty. Your chin is a bit recessed and short. This procedure would bring your chin forward and down, creating more projection and adding length and definition to your jawline. It will also tighten the skin under your chin. The entire procedure is done through the mouth, so there are no external incisions. If you are looking for a smaller procedure, you may benefit from submental lipo. These procedures can be done at the same time. However the genioplasty itself may give you the results you are looking for. Our office provides in-person or virtual consultations if you would like to discuss options further!
The least invasive procedure is neck and jawline liposuction. This performed through a tiny incision in the submental crease. This should give you better contour and definition.
I'd suggest as above. The whole procedure is done through the inside of your mouth so no scars or visible stitches on your skin. Takes about an hour and is done right in the office. Watch our videos to learn more.
Hello, hope you are well. To improve your neck contour and jawline, I would suggest chin augmentation with an implant, and a neck lift. Chin augmentation can also be done with filler, but you should know that route is not permanent or durable. A chin implant can be placed under local anesthesia in the office transorally (through a small incision concealed inside the mouth) so that there is no visible scar. Neck lifts come in different forms, but you could consider a minimally invasive route which would be FaceTite/NeckTite + submental "chin" liposuction under local anesthesia. Alternatively, a short scar neck lift can be performed under general anesthesia which allows more aggressive contouring of deep neck fat and sometimes muscle. Hope this helps!Best,Dr. Tower
Your side profile photographs demonstrate a recessesive mandible bone, and significant fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Noninvasive treatments will be waste of money and time. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions. This will also give better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck. If you're trying to clean up your jawline, liposuction alone will only remove that compartment of fat above the muscle. Most of your fat in the neck is below the platysma muscle which is going to require a necklift to remove the fat compartment below the muscle itself. A platysma-plasty is then performed which significantly improves your jawline. No skin removal is required. All this can be performed through a 1 inch incision underneath your chin.
Based on the posed photos I recommend chin lipo, injection Vollux to chin 2 syringes, Y Lift to jaw line with HA fillers(6 -8 syringes). Fee $10,000. Best to virtual consult with....BTW you asked "for least invasive options....."
I would recommend chin reduction surgery in your case. It appears to be both long and over projected. In general, a smaller and less projected chin is considered more feminine. Smiling usually exacerbates the problem so I usually inject botox to diminish the effects of the muscles.
You have a couple of options. It is possible to remove more buccal fat, but we would need to see you in person to see if that was an option. It is very common to add jawline lipo to reduce jowling and create more contour. These procedures are done together and all the incisions are through the...
With all of these concernes in mind, it would be best to start with correction of bite and teeth alignment. Once that is completed, you should consult board certified plastic surgeon regarding other issues; it would be good to check upper eyelids to rule out droopy eyelids, ptosis. Hope this helps.
