Question

what are my options for fixing my jawline? i can't stand my chubby cheek/double chin look and i've already done so much to try to fix it - buccal fat removal/fillers- without any lasting results. i'm at a healthy body weight - 5"9 and 140lbs- but even when i was lighter my cheek area has always made me look heavier then i am. i want a permanent solution to make my jawline tight and snatched. open to surgery.

You have a couple of options. It is possible to remove more buccal fat, but we would need to see you in person to see if that was an option. It is very common to add jawline lipo to reduce jowling and create more contour. These procedures are done together and all the incisions are through the mouth, which means no external scaring. As for under the chin, submental lipo is an option. However this is done through a very small incision under the chin, which would leave a tiny scar. All three procedures can be done together, which means only one recovery (usually preferred by most people).  The angles of the photos are a little odd, so it is hard to tell without a profile picture, but you may benefit from a genioplasty. By moving your chin forward and down, we would create more balance in your profile, while adding length and definition to your jawline. This would reduce some of the jowling and tighten the skin under your chin as well. Our office provides in-person or virtual consultations if you would like to discuss things further!

There is no perfect profile photo submitted here, but, it seems like you may benefit from a chin implant.  In the office we can advance the chin and do accutite (liposuction with Rf energy) of the neck under the chin. These two together should tighten the jawline and make you look more "snatched".  Both are in the office procedures where you come and go with a quick recovery.

yes, one needs genioplasty to extend/contour and jawline augmentation artistically done to define the jawline properly. You have an underdeveloped lower jaw genetically
