what are my options for fixing my jawline? i can't stand my chubby cheek/double chin look and i've already done so much to try to fix it - buccal fat removal/fillers- without any lasting results. i'm at a healthy body weight - 5"9 and 140lbs- but even when i was lighter my cheek area has always made me look heavier then i am. i want a permanent solution to make my jawline tight and snatched. open to surgery.

With all of these concernes in mind, it would be best to start with correction of bite and teeth alignment. Once that is completed, you should consult board certified plastic surgeon regarding other issues; it would be good to check upper eyelids to rule out droopy eyelids, ptosis. Hope this helps.

Based on your pictures, I would personally perform a vertical endoscopic mid-face lift . You would get to add the benefit of more defined cheekbones, more glamorous, three-quarter profile with a shorter face.
