Cellfina treats cellulite which is considered a cosmetic concern, thus health insurance does not cover the cellfina treatment. I encourage you to meet with your board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation regarding your concern as cellfina is the best treatment for improvement of cellulite and pricing can vary depending on location and number areas being treated. Best of luck!
It's very unlikely that #insurance or healthcare programs will cover your Cellfina and other #cellulite reduction treatments. Nevertheless, most plastic surgery offices offer convenient finance plans that allow patients to pay a low monthly payment. Ask your surgeon's office about programs and lenders they may recommend as well as personal loans available through financial institutions.
Cellfina is a cosmetic procedure and would therefore not be covered by a health insurance provider. This is true of all cosmetic procedures. If you are concerned about the cost of Cellfina, look into financing programs that may help make it more affordable for you. Your plastic surgeon may be able to help you understand the options you have to pay for Cellfina or other cosmetic procedures not eligible for insurance coverage.
I am not aware of any insurance plans which cover Cellfina. Since Cellfina treats cellulite, a cosmetic problem for patients, it is unlikely that an insurance company would cover it.
Cellfina is not covered by any typical health insurance that I am aware of, nor are other cosmetic surgeries or treatments. Health insurance coverage generally covers medical conditions and most plans specifically exclude any cosmetic treatments.Hope this helps,Nick Slenkovich MD, FACS
Cellfina is a treatment for cellulite. Since cellulite is a cosmetic problem, insurance plans would not provide coverage for this treatment.
Hello and thank you for your question! Cellfina would not be covered with your insurance. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cellfina to see if you are a candidate. I hope this information helps and best of luck to you!
Although patients are often paying a high premium for insurance coverage, cellulite is not considered for insurance coverage. I would suggest meeting with a Board Certified Surgeon to see if you are a candidate. However, this will be an out of pocket expense.
I can't speak to insurance coverage, but keep in mind, a combination approach for cellulite is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. See an expert for a formal evaluation. There is no cure but you can get good improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello,Thank you for your question. Unfortunately insurance does not cover the cost of Cellfina. It is considered an elective cosmetic procedure. Good luck!
Celfina is designed to treat larger cellulite dimples. You are describing a different problem with is uneven fat removal from liposuction. A better option would be to fat graft the depressed or oversuctioned areas. You may need subcision to release the skin from the underlying scar tissue. I...
From your photos I can see that you have minimal dimpling of the the thighs but a slight amount of skin laxity in the lower front thighs. The dimpling of the buttocks can definitely be improved with Cellfina but the laxity of the lower front thigh skin cannot. The tendency with this new...
Thank you for your question. It is difficult to answer this question without examining the area. Cellfina works best on cellulite that results in dimpling of the skin. The front of the thighs often have more laxity than true cellulite and are best treated with an aggressive skin tightening...
