I have cellulite on the front of my legs, above the knees. Diet exercise cannot fix this. Can Cellafina work on this?

It works by releasing the internal bands that cause the cellulite dimpling and so we have not seen any fat atrophy. You should not see much of a difference with weight gain or loss but this also has not been studied.

Other areas of the body with dimpling, it is important to make sure it is truly cellulite before treatment.

It is common to have swelling bruising and firmness after the procedure. This can last for a few weeks.

It is different than Cellulaze which is a laser. 

If you have had previous poor results with cellulaze, you can still do Cellfina.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Cellfina in combination with Sculptra and Ultherapy for skin tightening may give you good results in very specifically targeted areas in the anterior thigh.  I would recommend a certified Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist to have a consultation with.  During your consultation, it will be of importance to understand your expectations and clearly see where the cellfina would best benefit you.  Skin laxity, age and the amount of cellulite will all play an important role on whether you are a candidate for the anterior thighs.  Best of luck to you!
