Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
I do not recommend chin liposuction by itself. Your issue is loose skin with deep onset wrinkles. The best solution to fix this would be a necklift. You have a defined jaw and the loose takes away from that and ages you. Once the skin is pulled taught, you may need a tiny bit of lipo under the chin to give you the flat, defined look. If you would like to be seen by my office, feel free to reach out for a consultation. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455
From the one very limited photograph, you have fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Noninvasive treatments simply aren't going to work. A surgical neck lift involves liposuction of the fat deposits above the muscle, and surgical extraction of the fat deposits below the muscle, which also includes a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline.
I don’t see a clear indication that for surgical intervention, and I don’t think chin and neck liposuction is appropriate based on what you describe and your picture. You’re jawline is well defined can you don’t appear to have substantial amount of subcutaneous fat in your neck.It would be helpful if you can describe in your own words what you don’t like and what you’re trying to achieve.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Most of my patients have neck liposuction with local anesthesia. I give a little muscle shot for sedation so they are relaxed. If someone is very anxious or a control freak I recommend they have sedation or twilight anesthesia. They will not feel anything and just wake up when it is over.
I personally feel comfortable doing Liposuction down to the clavicle’s if indicated. Other plastic surgeons may not feel comfortable doing this. Each plastic surgeon will have their own criteria and comfort level based on their training experience and skill. Individuals who have thick layers o...
To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of before and after pictures. I’m not sure if your first picture is a before picture or not. If you don’t have proper before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to for...
