Some thoughts that come to mind that swelling could be related to 1. vaccine 2. air travel 3. post dental work 4. your body fighting a mild infection. I am more concerned about your history of filler than botox. You may consider keeping track of the history of brands that you have purchased. Have you tried an OTC antihistamine such as Reactine?
