I have always had some irregular indentations and bunching on my chin when I smile. I also have creases and indents when I speak. I know botox in the chin can help with orange peel chin when frowning, but my concern is with my chin when speaking/smiling. The dents and dimples that form are very noticeable and make me incredibly insecure. I am not interested in filler. I just want my chin to stay the same and not move much when I speak and smile so the dents don’t form. Can it help? Thank you.
