I notice lines radiating out from my eyes when I smile. I am 25 yrs old and female, and these were not present only a few years ago. I understand that people age but I have noticed them on men in person and in photos but not on any women in my age group. I'm confused as to why I have them being a relatively young woman. Is this something women eliminate with botox? Is it because women and men age differently - I do have a much leaner face that doesn't have much fat. Photo is an example

Hi, and thank you for your question. It sounds like botox in the chin would be a great idea for you. It uses minimal units (6-10) and helps the chin not bunch when speaking and smiling. Botox paralyzes the muscle to help relax it.
