Is filler & Botox on 8/17 far enough out after testing positive on 7/13?

Question

I know that there is a remote chance of rxn following covid-19 vax but what about following covid-19 infection? I tested positive 7/13 and received mAb (monoclonal antibodies) the same day. I am scheduled for filler and Botox on 8/17 and want to know if that is far enough out?

Hello @Independent202566, thank you for your question. The majority of non-surgical treatments are localized. Depending on the severity of the symptoms and the medications taken for them, it is advisable to wait a while. A month or two is usually enough. I encourage you to speak to your injector regarding your question as opinions may vary.  At one month out from infection as long as you are testing negative and are feeling healthy, you should be able to proceed as planned with your treatment.
