Depending on the severity of the symptoms and the medications taken for them, it is advisable to wait a while. A month or two is usually enough. I encourage you to speak to your injector regarding your question as opinions may vary. At one month out from infection as long as you are testing negative and are feeling healthy, you should be able to proceed as planned with your treatment.
