Thank you for your question and photos.  Every patient has different and sometimes unique anatomy.  While your breasts are divergent (all breasts are) the nipples are on the center of the breast mound.  The nipple needs to stay on the center of the breast mound or the shape of the breast does not look right.  An implant alone will only make your breasts larger.  It will not change your nipple position.  

You have completely normal breasts and would have an excellent outcome with a breast augmentation performed by a surgeon with experience in this surgery.

Thank you for your question and photo post. Yes, you can improve your cleavage with implants. I would avoid a narrow implant base because it will give the impression that the nipples are even further spaced out. With proper positioning of the implant, you can improve cleavage as well as improving fullness under the breast. A breast augmentation can help.  It is best to get a consultation and be seen in person to discuss your individual needs.  I have attached a link to my site showing a patient that had a similar complaint of widely spaced breasts.  

An implant will not correct this. It may in fact make your nipple appear more far apart. It will however allow you to increase your breast size.  

Thanks for your question. You have to accept your anatomy. Not many
options to improve that situation. If the implants are placed centrally to try and improve the gap,

Hi.. thank you for the question and photos.... evaluating your case.. you do have some degree of asymmetry and yes you nipples can be re-oriented after breast augmentation with a preiareolar lift to treat this case.

Everyone has breasts that are positioned a bit differently on their chest.  Your breasts sit toward the outside of your chest and face outward.  This may be related to the shape of your chest skeleton and is normal.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to reposition your breasts, i.e. pick them up and move them, more to the center of your chest.  A breast augmenation will provide more fullness to the breast and will likely provide more volume to the breast toward the center of your chest.  However, breast augmentation augments whatever shape of the breast it is that you have and will push your breasts and nipples further out from your body.  You will need to consider whether this trade off is something that you will be happy with.  Your nipples themselves are in a very appropriate position on your breast, centralized on the breast tissue and should not be moved off center.

So your nipples lie a bit lateral, and you have a wide sternal/breast bone space - adding implants will fill in all the regions and give you more cleavage. You would be ill advised to try and relocate the nipples more centrally with a lift and scars - and if you place the implant off central to the breast meridian to attempt what you want,  your nipples will truly be looking astray to the sides and funny. Better off with a great aug and I believe you will be very happy with the outcome. If its still not what you want them do a lift,  but why? Your breasts naturally augmented should look fantastic and natural. 

This is a very important question to ask. The key to a pretty aesthetic breast augmentation is assessing the patient's breast anatomy and choosing a proper implant and best technique. I would recommend you schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can meet with you, take measurements and discuss what technique would suit you best. A 3D imaging system such as Vectra can also allow you an idea of what your results mat be taking into consideration the position of your breasts and the space in between. I would caution against the suggestion of a wider implant, specifically in the under the muscle position which I believe would serve you best for a longer term result.I hope this helpsDr Edwards
