I have wide spaced breasts and my nipples face outwards. They look wall eyed and are puffy. I was wondering if there is any way to fix the gap to make me have more cleavage and make my nipples more in the center. I don't care about scarring. I'm just tired of having saggy wide spaced breasts with wall eyed nipples.
