Thank you for your question and photos.  Every patient has different and sometimes unique anatomy.  While your breasts are divergent (all breasts are) the nipples are on the center of the breast mound.  The nipple needs to stay on the center of the breast mound or the shape of the breast does not look right.  An implant alone will only make your breasts larger.  It will not change your nipple position.  

You have completely normal breasts and would have an excellent outcome with a breast augmentation performed by a surgeon with experience in this surgery.

A breast augmentation can help.  It is best to get a consultation and be seen in person to discuss your individual needs.  I have attached a link to my site showing a patient that had a similar complaint of widely spaced breasts.  

An implant will not correct this. It may in fact make your nipple appear more far apart. It will however allow you to increase your breast size.  

Thanks for your question. You have to accept your anatomy. Not many
options to improve that situation. If the implants are placed centrally to try and improve the gap,
the nipples will look more laterally displaced. Consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and meet for examination to discuss your options. All the best,Dr. JSB
