11 weeks post op, 5 weeks pregnant and having an abortion. Will my boobs sag afterwards?

 While we can't know for sure what will happen to a breast augmentation after pregnancy, most women will not have significant changes. This will depend on several factors such as your skin and how large your breast become with pregnancy. I think that you are so early on that there will not be any significant long term effect, in fact, I think you have plenty of time to think about your decision and carefully weigh the pro and cons.

As your pregnancy hormones diminish, you will likely see your breast tissue return to normal.  When breasts gain size either due to pregnancy or general weight gain, changes can happen to the skin.  If you have good skin tone, I think it is very likely that you will return to your normal, postoperative state.  Give your breasts a little time.  It may take 3 months to go completely back to baseline. 

First of all, congrats on your pregnancy.In regards to your question, the affects that breast swelling has on your current breast surgery will really depend on the quality of your skin and the amount of weight gain/size change from your original cup size. I know this is not the answer most people want to hear, but there is not exact way to predict this and time will tell. The good news is that if you do experience any "sagging" there are surgical options for correction in the future
