How to get cosmetic surgery on a tight budget ?

You should never look for a bargain when it comes to plastic surgery. You are surgically altering or enhancing your body you do not want to cut corners. I reccomend seeking an in person consultation with a few board certified plastic surgeons to get an idea of cost and waiting until you can afford it or there are financing options. 

You should seek out a plastic surgeon, find out how much the right operation for you would cost, and see if financing is an option.  If this is important to you it can be worked out.  If you go to a University Hospital Plastic surgery Department, they will have a Resident Cosmetic Clinic where the surgeries are deeply discounted.

The nice thing about cosmetic surgery is that it is elective and can be scheduled whenever you are in the best position financially to do it.  If you are currently paying back college loans then you may want to put off the surgery until you are in a better position financially to have it done.  If you are dead set on having surgery then most plastic surgeons offer financing options. 

Plastic surgery is expensive. It is also permanent. You financial status will change, but bad plastic surgery, administered by a physician without adequate training could result in a lifetime, or many years of pain embarrassment, or even health complications.A word about financing. The plastic surgery programs our staff has investigated take money both from patients and also a percentage of fees from the doctor including OR and anesthesia fees. I have not used any of these programs, but I am always looking for new options. I would like to help clients on a budget. But of the many places you can find a bargain, plastic surgery is not the way to do it. 

Without additional information or a clinical examination it is not possible to adequately address which procedure(s) you may require.  There could be a simple skin adjustment or a combination of augmentation and skin lift, which are the two extremes of procedures typically offered.It would be beneficial to see a Plastic Surgeon to discover if the procedure is fairly minor and perhaps affordable.  In any event, you would be in a better position to have an accurate idea of what may be involved and this may allow you to plan accordingly.JJO

Although your desire to proceed with breast surgery is certainly understandable, it is always in patients' best interest to achieve a certain degree of financial stability prior to undergoing elective surgery of any type. Patients should also keep in mind that additional surgery may be necessary in the short or long term, following the primary procedure that is being performed; this additional surgery may be associated out-of-pocket expenses. It does cost to have good plastic surgery treatment.
