I got a bbl 2 years ago my results are great with clothes but naked you are able to see the dents in my abdominal, buttocks.. Have you seen this before? And we’re you able to fix this? How?
Answer: Superficial irregularities after lipo and BBL Dear, those dents are consequence of fibrosis (scar tissue) that are visible either when the liposuction is made too superficial or are not released during surgery. To improve it, a revision surgery should be carried out releasing all this fibrosis and filling it with a layer of fat to avoid recurrence. Best regards.

Answer: Have you seen post BBL dents like this before and can they be fixed? (Photos) Sometimes a dent cannot be corrected to the extent that is desired by PS and patient alike. There is a certain resistance to change in tissues that can be responsible. Dents sometimes require release from under the skin. Fat grafting alone cannot completely fix the issue. Schedule an in-office consultation with an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon who has performed these procedures successfully numerous times before and discuss the best treatment plan.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: BBL revision Dear PantojaDoll92,based on your photos, you will most likely need a revision surgery in order to achieve the best results. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Have you seen post BBL dents like this before and can they be fixed? Indentations or "surface irregularities" in the areas of liposuction can occur if the liposuction is too aggressive (BBL liposuction is more aggressive in an attempt to create the smallest waist possible). OR if areas of fat are left behind next to areas where it is all taken. Professional massages can really help to smooth things out post op. Also, gaining weight or even losing weight (more than albs) after surgery can lead to irregularities that weren't present initially. As far as the buttocks, were those irregularities present initially or did they form after many months? It would be easier to give an opinion if you had before photos for us to see too.
