I would love to have voluptuous breast but without looking crazy. I was leaning toward a D cup with 400 to 450 CC. Tell me what you think thanks
Answer: Choosing the right size implant Choosing the right size implant depends on many factors including your desired outcome, "breast footprint', skin condition, body type and lifestyle. Most of which require an in person exam. So, I would suggest that you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area (link below) to discuss your options. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Answer: I'm currently 5'3", 140 lbs. Need a breast lift and implant for sure, but what size? Thank you for the question. Online consultants will not be able to provide you with very specific advice regarding breast implant size and/or ultimate breast size achieved. Ultimately, careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key. Generally speaking, patients undergoing this combination operation should understand that it is significantly more complex than breast augmentation surgery only and that it is associated with a significantly higher risk of complications and need for additional surgery. Also, patients undergoing the combination breast augmentation/lifting surgery should understand that there are limits as to how large of an outcome can be achieved, given that breast lifting surgery does involve breast skin removal. On the one hand, breast augmentation surgery is expanding the breast skin “envelope” while breast lifting is (by definition) tightening up the breast skin envelope. These 2 forces are counteracting each other. Therefore, it becomes important to remove the appropriate amount of breast skin and to use the appropriate size/profile of breast implants to balance these 2 forces appropriately and to allow for achievement of the patient's goals while minimizing risks of complications. Also, generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation/lifting surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Again, have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during this communication phase. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. The use of temporary intraoperative sizers with the patient in the upright position makes selection of the best breast implant size/profile relatively easy. I hope this, and the attached link, helps. Best wishes.

Answer: I'm currently 5'3", 140 lbs. Need a breast lift and implant for sure, but what size? Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well... The breasts may lose their elasticity and firmness which can be caused by different factors such as pregnancy, massive weight loss, lactation and aging. To reaffirm the breasts and restore the natural look your surgeon can perform a mastopexy or breast lift with augmentation such as silicone implants, you will get very nice results after surgery, hugs!

Answer: What size implants should I get? Hello and thank you for your question. I want to start off by telling you what I tell many of my patients: Do not focus on cc's or bra sizes as many women see their friend with "x" number of cc implants etc and think that they have an idea of what they want. There is a lot that goes into implant selection -- your breast volume, the amount of cleavage you want to achieve, your base width, your rib shape/projection, etc. Without seeing you and doing your measurements or having photos to assess your starting point, it is difficult to assess accurately your final breast size or shape. The other thing to consider is that most women are not accurately sized for their bras. Different bra companies are sized differently and employees at various clothing stores will not use the same criteria to measure one's bra size. The most important thing to consider is really the size and look that is appealing to YOU with the implants you choose. Many surgeons have sizing models whether using bras with implants or computer simulation. I encourage you to discuss with your surgeon many of these considerations when deciding which implant and size to use during your surgery. Additionally, a breast implant is a round object and has a certain diameter. Your base width on each side of your chest will determine "how big of a ball" or what diameter implant you can reliably go up to with a socially acceptable cosmetic outcome. The implant will "augment" or increase the size of your breasts to an amount acceptable to you and your surgeon. In your case, you will also benefit from a mastopexy or breast lift. A mastopexy will help center your breast on your chest rather than have parts of it hanging onto your abdomen. Remember though that with any mastopexy, the surgeon may be limited with how large of implants can be used for augmentation in order to minimize tension and decrease chance for complications. My patients will try on a sports bra and then we pick the implants based on their measured breast base width. If your base width were to support up to a 500cc implant, I would have you try on the 500cc implants in the bra and then the 400 or 450 cc implants and afterwards select the implant that made YOU the happiest. In reality, don't stress too much as this is not a HUGE difference and should be the fun part of the process. =) Go with what is acceptable based on your measurements and makes you happiest and makes sure to weigh the pros and cons of the options you are considering. It is a good thing that you are doing your research before making a final decision.I hope this helps answer your question!

Answer: I'm currently 5'3", 140 lbs. Need a breast lift and implant for sure, but what size? You are correct that it will take both a full lift and an augmentation to get the look you like. As to size of implants, that cannot be determined without an examination.
