Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us.Its too early to talk about final results with only 6 weeks post op.To avoid postoperative swelling and pain after performing a Breast augmentation with lift procedure, I recommend to my patients, to limit the arms movement for two weeks, also it's not advisable to carry weight.Finally, I recommend you always use a therapeutic bra.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

If all your bloodwork seems fine, no signs/symptoms of an infection and all you have is redness, then it is unlikely an infection.  Could be a prolonged redness just due to the stress the tissues are/were under.  Your photos look fine, I don't see anything to worry about.

to say that you are still early on healing process, it is too soon to determine
how your results are going to be, per now, they look very nice and beautiful,
you can have one bigger than the other, it is normal and that can happen for
the first 3 months until your implants have settle in. I recommend you to wait
and keep using your post surgical bra, that will help you with the shape and

I think that you need to find someone locally to help you if you can not speak with your surgeon( which I do not understand).  Redness can be many different things,

The redness you see can have many different causes. In many cases it is a normal reaction to surgery and will slowly improve over the course of months. Other causes such as infection or an allergic reaction need to be ruled out. Usually, if it is an infectious cause this will become clear over time and redness will not be the only sign/symtom. Follow up closely with your doctor. 

Sorry for your issues, especially the poor follow up by the chosen FL PS! Best to see dermatology to determine if rash or reaction. The other issue you NOW see is using a "clinica" for the cheap surgery. Dr Jacob Freiman, your assigned clinic surgeon,  is available at a phone in Miami Beach vs the "clinica" -try 305 535 7545. Maybe you can speak directly to him. If not than you now understand why these non surgeon owned clinicas have the reputations. If still unhappy you can file a compliant with the FL Board of Medicine. 

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you have had, especially communicating with your plastic surgeon.  I think that you are wise in continuing to seek follow up with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. Hopefully, your primary care or OB/GYN may be helpful in finding you this referral. Generally speaking, redness on the lower aspects of the breasts after breast reduction or lifting can be seen occasionally; this redness is not necessarily secondary to an infection. The differential diagnoses may include: venous congestion (blood flow related skin changes) or hypersensitivity. Again, best to seek in person clinical evaluation. I'm sorry to hear about your problem.  If you are not having pain, and your WBC and sed rate are normal this may not be a true infection, but may be a contact dermatitis.  If you are using topical antibiotics or dressing this may be contributing to the redness.  I have seen some patients who have a post op hyperemia of the lower pole of the breast following breast lift.  In most cases this will eventually subside.  If you are well enough healed a trial of an anti-inflammatory agent (Motrin or Advil, or topical 1% hydrocortizone)  may be warranted.  But check first with your primary MD.   Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
